News: Retailers Pushing HD DVD Off Shelves?

Video Business.com is reporting that several retailers including Trans World Entertainment (FYE, Suncoast & Coconuts) and Newbury Comics are adjusting their high-def DVD shelf space to make more room for Blu-Ray discs and less for HD DVD. Trans World’s VP is quoted as saying, ‘We don’t want to be biased, but it is clearly the direction that high-def production looks to be going.’
