Deadline Hollywood Daily is reporting that Michael Eisner might jumping the gun a little when he announced that the writer’s strike is basically over.
The WGA will meet with its members on Saturday and hear from everyone on their feelings and thoughts on where they are in discussions. On Sunday, the WGA board and council will meet and vote to approve any tentative deal.
So, according to the WGA, they’re close, but not there yet. Cross yer fingers…
