Director Alexander Payne has announced that his follow-up movie to the award-winning “Sideways,” will be a special effects movie called “Downsizing.”
The film, (written by Payne and his usual co-writer/Producer Jim Taylor,) is about a guy who is shrunk down to a tiny size. Reportedly, Paul Giamatti, Reese Witherspoon and Sasha Baron Cohen have all signed on.
This would not be the first science-based story that Payne & Taylor have tackled- they also wrote a draft or two of “Jurassic Park III.”
