After much back-and-forth with who would star, and who would direct this movie, shooting has begun on “The Green Hornet.” Michel Gondry is directing the script by Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg.
Rogen is also starring as Britt Reid. Cameron Diaz plays Lenore Case while Nicolas Cage plays the enigmatically named Mr. X. Just as shooting starts comes word that Cage is out as the villain in the movie. The search is now on for a new nemesis. We’ll keep you updated.
Release is scheduled for December 2010.
