‘Dark Knight’ Dominates – Step Bros Shows Competition

It wasn’t enough to have a stellar opening for Batman and ‘The Dark Knight.’ They sought to break even more records. In its sophomore session, ‘Dark Knight’ brought in and estimated $75.6 million dollars, making it the fastest film to break the $300 million dollar mark.

It wasn’t easy being the competition this weekend. Christopher Nolan’s ‘The Dark Knight,’ shot past ‘Spider-Man 3’s’ record debut to claim the spot of highest weekend opening ever, the film earned $155.4 million domestically.
