Why change a good relationship? It’s no surprise that Oscar-winning screenwriter Bill Monahan (The Departed) would eventually step into the Director’s chair, and its certainly no surprise its with Departed Producer Graham King.
Monahan and Quentin Curtis have teamed together to acquire the right to London Boulevard, a novel by Ken Bruen. The story is about Mitchell, a South London criminal who leaves a shady past behind, to become a handyman for a young actress. Mitchell cannot escape his violent past. After something that is sacred to him is threatened, Mitchell plots revenge against those who’ve stolen his life.
The film is set to start shooting by the Fall
