‘An Inconvenient’ Opera

In a strange announcement, Al Gore’s successful doc ‘An Inconvenient Truth,’ is conveniently being adapted into an opera. Italian composer Giorgio Battistelli is interpreting to play at Milan’s Scala in 2011. The opera will be La Scala’s contribution to Italy’s 150th anniversary celebration of its unification in 1861.
