It’s official, Hollywood can make anything, and people will go see it. Disney’s ‘Beverly Hills Chihuahua’ made its way to a $29 million dollar debut, beating out last weeks top film, ‘Eagle Eye.’
Other debuts, the new Bill Maher doc, ‘Religious,’ came in at number 10, and ‘Nick and Norah’s Infinite Playlist,’ took third place. Also, the Ed Harris directed western ‘Appaloosa,’ moved up into the top 10 after expanding, taking 5th place.
