A source has confirmed with website Latino Review.com that the upcoming Battleship filmed based on the Hasbro board game will be about a five-ship fleet engaged in battle with….Aliens.
Aliens? So not only are we watching a movie based on [a totally awesome] board game, but the bad guys are going to be aliens?
I know this will have Sam excited…right Sam?
The film will be out August 5, 2011 from Universal Pictures, and starts lensing in the spring.
