At this point we are pretty deep into the Marvel Universe. Fully into Phase 2 of their master plan, we have now had three Iron Mans, two Thors, an Avengers, and now a second Captain America, with Guardians of the Galaxy just around the corner (also, do we mention Hulk, or is Marvel just as unsure of that property as we are?) “Iron Man 2” Poster Released

“Iron Man 2” Poster Released

In hot anticipation of a trailer, scheduled to be released this month, Yahoo Movies has posted the teaser trailer for Jon Favreau’s 2010 summer movie, “Iron Man 2.”

The movie stars returning actors Robert Downey Jr and Gwenyth Paltrow and also co-stars Mickey Rourke, Scarlett Johansson, Don Cheadle and Samuel L. Jackon.  It’s scheduled to open May 7th.

Skarsgard Joins ‘Thor’

Apparently Stellan Skarsgard has joined the cast of ‘Thor,’ based on the Marvel Comic character of the same name.

It hasn’t revealed what role he’ll be playing. Skarsgard’s son, Alexander Skarsgard was long rumored for the role of Thor, which was given to Chris Hemsworth

The film stars Samuel L. Jackson, Tom Hiddleston, Natalie Portman, Jaimie Alexander, and Colm FEore.

Directed by Kenneth Branagh, the film is aiming for a May 2011 release.
