Val Kilmer and Xzibit have joined the ranks with Nicolas Cage and Eva Mendes in the new Werner Herzog-directed remake, ‘Bad Lieutenant.’ Cage plays a cop, with Kilmer as his partner. Xzibit will be playing his nemesis. Xzibit will be next seen in the X-Files sequel out at the end of July.
